Friendly knowledgeable staff, wide selection of ejuices, and delicious coffee. There's nothing more I could ask for. I agree with the other reviewer that some of their items are rather expensive, but I didn't really go there for a whole new ecig, I just wanted to pick up some juices and a few accessories. (I already purchased a cheap Chinese Ego.) Also, when I was there it appeared everything was in stock so I don't know if they had just restocked or what. I came in on a Tuesday and it wasn't until I got home that they posted on Facebook it was 2 For Tuesday and you'd get a free 10ml of juice if you purchased 2 30ml bottles. So I went back in the next day and they gave it to me no problem. I highly recommend this place!

Overall great shop... There juice is great and inexpensive. Great selection of parts and pieces and starter kits. They have full size tanks to taste test there juices!

Pros: Very knowledgeable staff that is eager to help. Wide selection of accessories. Cons: Not a very wide selection of juices, they mostly just carry their own line of juice which I cant find one that I like.

I was so happy when I saw a Vape Store Open in Bel Air. First time in, I bought a starter kit. Later went back and upgraded. I have been back 4 times looking for coils, they never have them in stock. They said they are waiting for them, but nobody in the store really wants to go pick them up at the Warehouse. That was a month ago. The two guys working did not really seem to be interested in my disappointment. I said that I probably should just go on line from now on and they agreed. Very poor service, and the workers don't really care.

I've been to the store three times and every time they didn't have what I needed. I keep giving them chances and continue to be let down. No starter kits for a week, out of duel and regular coils, and when they did have vapes they had no selection. The store has potential but apparently no one to fulfill it.

Staff was very nice and knowledgable. Rachel and Tommy were great. I had bought juice from there before but wanted to upgrade to a new mod. They showed me a few different models and I ended up with a new set up (which they were kind enough to set up for me before I left) and more juice. Try the vanilla gelato YUM. I also love the root beer float and dr feel good. Excellent shop. Stop in. Have a cup of coffee and vape away!
